Premium coconut flour is made by grinding dried coconut meat. Traditionally, coconut flour is a by-product when the meat is pressed into oil - but not ours!

Careful drying and careful grinding ensures that the flour has an excellent aroma, it is softer and more aromatic than the by-product flour.

Coconut flour is therefore:

Coconut flour is nutritious and fiber-rich. The fiber is up to 38g / 100g.
One bowl of coconut flour contains 5 g of fiber. Coconut flakes are also low in carbohydrates, so it suits very well for low carbohydrate diets.

To increase the fiber content of your bakery, coconut powder can replace about 10-25 percent of the amount of flour used.

Coconut flour is inherently a little sweet to taste, so you can reduce the amount of sugar in your recipes. Coconut flour can also be added to milkshakes, drinks, porridge and muesli or even to use in ice cream ingredients.

Coconut flour is suitable for gluten-free and lactose-free diets. It does not include cereal or milk ingredients. Coconut flour is a pure natural product with no added additives and has not been chemically treated at any stage of manufacture.
